I may have been Jeanne's quirkiest customer — a slightly paranoid first time buyer and one looking for a non run-of-the-mill older house. Through her attention to detail and hard work she guided me through the many tasks required to close. When inspection revealed some major issues she handled negotiating with the seller and scheduled several follow up services. As repairs were underway, she followed up directly with the contractors and handled everything. Her knowledge of service/repair contacts alone saved me thousands and kept us on track for an aggressive closing schedule.
